I feel that you don't need the ellipses right at the end there. A full stop would make a more profound effect and would emphasise how the person isn't moving and is staying put, but that could just be me.

I really like the way you have structured and phrased things, anyway. It's quite interesting how you've gone in this direction.. or rather what the second line says in terms of the first one there. o.O
